You may love your sister but she is a pathological liar. Your father said himself she suffers from telling the truth and I am sorry to say but she did plan to kill Travis. There is more than enough evidence she staged the robbery at your grandpa's house. She stole the DVD player and traded it in for gas cans. I know this may hurt and you love her but if she had died like Travis you wouldn't be defending Travis if he said he was a victim of "Domestic violence". Your sister was NOT a victim of domestic violence but a woman who wanted to get away with cold-blooded killing. Being a victim of domestic violence does not give you the right to slaughter someone. On June 4, she drove to his house with a gun, knife and dyed her hair. She also rented a car. Travis did not know she was coming. You may love your sister but she is a killer it's sad. Your parents said people would call in the middle of the night to get help. She even was abusive towards her mother but you can't force a woman in her 20's to get help. While I do share some sympathy with Jodi she has to spend the rest of her life behind bars. If Travis had killed her, he would have spent the rest of his life in jail. She is NOT a battered woman and no amount of proof of it. Of course if you give someone 5 years to plan a story to get off with murder that's why defense attorneys have their job. Have a good day.
